What you should know
Tool submissions may contain personal career or employment information. This project does not store generated submissions in an application database. Information is held only long enough to process the request and return a result.
When a third-party AI provider is configured, submitted tool content is sent to that provider for processing. Its location, retention and privacy terms depend on the provider selected by the site operator. The live site should name that provider before accepting production traffic.
Basic security and rate-limit records may include a one-way hash derived from an IP address and timestamps. They are used to limit abuse and should be removed automatically after the configured window. Analytics events must never include resume text, job descriptions or generated results.
You can avoid submitting sensitive information, remove unnecessary personal identifiers before generation and contact us with a privacy question or deletion request.
