Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using hybrid frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin.
Ensure seamless integration of mobile app functionalities with backend systems and APIs.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code to meet project requirements and performance standards.
Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
Ensure a consistent user experience across different devices and screen sizes.
Conduct thorough testing of the hybrid apps to identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and compatibility problems.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the highest quality of the application.

Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure coding standards are met.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including app architecture, codebase, and APIs.
Collaborate with backend developers to define and integrate APIs required for app functionality.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development, hybrid frameworks, and platform-specific guidelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in hybrid app development using frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin.
Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with mobile app design principles and UI/UX best practices.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and code collaboration tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
