We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide strategic leadership and oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's operational strategy, in alignment with the overall business goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage all operational functions, including production, supply chain, logistics, and quality control.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization across all departments.
- Streamline workflows and systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and evaluate operational performance.
- Monitor and analyze data to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
- Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including budgets, personnel, and equipment, to support business objectives.
- Ensure resource availability and utilization meet demand requirements.
- Collaborate with other executive leaders, including the CEO, CFO, and CMO, to drive the company's overall strategy and growth.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability across departments.
- Implement quality control measures and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing operations team.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to team members.
- Identify opportunities for expansion, market penetration, and diversification.
- Develop and execute growth strategies in alignment with the company's vision.
- Lead change management initiatives and drive organizational agility.
- Ensure smooth transitions during periods of change or growth.
- Provide regular reports to the CEO and executive team on operational performance, achievements, and challenges.
- Communicate operational strategies and priorities to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is preferred).
- Proven experience as a COO or in a senior operational leadership role, with a track record of improving operational efficiency and driving growth.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, supply chain management, and quality control.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Analytical and strategic thinking, with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Financial acumen and budget management experience.
- Change management and project management skills.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
